Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment, and we only use high quality household cleaners. If you selected to have a residential green cleaning, we bring our own green cleaning products, unless you have specific cleaning products you would like us to use. When cleaning a home, we only use microfiber and cotton cloths which have been cleaned prior to coming to a customer’s home.
How long has Fabulous Cleaning Services been in business?
We have been in business since 2003. We have grown our home cleaning business mainly through word-of-mouth referrals.
Can I get an estimate over the phone?
Unfortunately, no. In order for us to to give you a detailed and accurate estimate, we need to view your home and discuss your cleaning needs in person. Our in-home estimates are free and there is never any pressure on homeowners to use our services. There is no contract to sign. Estimates are given on-site, as soon as our walk-through with you has been completed. We believe 100% in the quality of our home cleaning services and we know that you will be delighted with the results. Don’t wait and request your free in-home estimate today!
How long does the estimate process last?
Depending on the size of your home, the estimate process can last from 30 minutes to an hour. We are very thorough and want to make sure we understand all your cleaning requirements. We will walk through every rooms in your home with you and discuss / note your requirements. Once we finish our walkthrough and we have accessed all your cleaning needs, we will prepare and give you a written estimate.
What if something gets broken?
Our cleaning crews are trained to be detail-oriented and careful when cleaning a customer’s home. However, accidents happen and in the event that one of our cleaning crews breaks something, we let the homeowner know immediately and we replace the broken item as soon as possible. To fully protect you against property loss, Fabulous Cleaning Services carries liability insurance.
What if I have to change the date my cleaning is scheduled?
If you need to reschedule your home cleaning service, we ask that you please give Fabulous Cleaning Services a 48-hour notice. We understand that sometimes an emergency can occur at the last minute. If that is the case, we ask that you please contact us by phone as soon as possible so we can inform the cleaning crews.
Is there a contract or agreement required to be signed to use your services?
No way! Fabulous Cleaning Services does not require customers to sign an agreement or contract. Our customers are free to cease using Fabulous Cleaning Services whenever they want.
Do I need to be present when you do a home cleaning?
No, you do not need to be present when we clean your home. However, we recommend for you to be present for the first cleaning to make sure we perform the cleaning services to your complete satisfaction.
What if I have a special request I need to communicate to the cleaning crews?
If you have an unplanned, last minute request for your home cleaning, you can call us or text us at (704) 839-1241, or simply leave a note for the cleaning crews if you are not at home. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request.
Are your cleaning services available on the weekend?
Our home cleaning services are available Monday through Friday, from 7am to 6pm, and Saturday from 8am to 2pm. We are closed on Sunday.However, we do make exceptions for our regular customers in case they have a special request for a home cleaning (i.e, party, holiday, wedding, new born, special celebration, etc…)
Do you provide monthly or quarterly cleaning services?
No, we do not offer monthly or quarterly cleaning services. The reason is that we believe that we cannot keep a home in the best of conditions by cleaning only once a month or once every quarter. We offer regular cleaning twice weekly, weekly and bi-weekly. This reduces time spent per visit, meaning more money in your pocket!
Can you provide references?
Absolutely, we have many references available upon request. You can also review the customer testimonials we make available in this website. We also have customer reviews posted on our business Facebook page.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and Paypal. We are working on allowing both debit and credit cards.
When is payment due for your cleaning services?
Payment is due upon satisfactory completion of our cleaning service.
Can I trust your cleaning crews?
All our cleaning crews go through a rigorous background screening process and are trained on the field with the owner of Fabulous Cleaning Services. Our home cleaning services are based on quality, trustworthiness and reliability. We respect your home and personal property and you can rest assured that only the best and most reliable cleaning crews will be in charge of cleaning your home.
Can I be present when your crews clean my home?
Of course! However, we ask that if you have children and they are present the day of your scheduled home cleaning, that you keep them in areas that are we are not cleaning so we can be more efficient with our services.
We have pets - will that be a problem with your cleaning crews?
Not one bit, we love animals! The only thing we ask is for you to keep your pets away from the cleaning areas while we service your home, for the sake of efficiency.
Do you have a guarantee for your home cleaning services?
We want ALL our customers to be completely satisfied with our home cleaning services. If you are available at the end of a scheduled cleaning, we will do a walkthrough with you to make sure that everything was done to your liking. Once we are gone, if you notice that we missed something, we will come back to clean it as a testament of giving you, the customer, what you paid.
